Duties
1. Shape and lead site-wide change programs through lean & six sigma methodologies.
2. Embed & sustain 'Managing Site Performance' business process standard on site.
3. Develop and cultivate a continuous improvement culture.
4. Enhance the involvement and engagement of employees in process improvements.
5. Ensure all continuous improvement projects are conducted to the highest of standards in a safe, quality-focused, and effective manner.
Education & Experience
6. Third level Degree or qualification in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics
7. Certified to Black/Green belt level or relevant Lean or Six Sigma Qualification
8. Proven track record in leading significant project and/or change initiatives that have delivered breakthrough results for an organization.
9. Strong cross-functional business insight and proven ability to lead the delivery of cross functional projects.
