Overview
We are hiring three (3) Senior Business Analysts to support complex banking and financial services change initiatives. These roles sit across different specialist areas, and candidates are not expected to meet all skill sets. If you have strong experience in any one of the specialist areas outlined below, we encourage you to apply. All roles require senior-level Business Analysis capability, the ability to work independently, and experience operating in structured, regulated environments.
Role Coverage – Specialist Areas
We are seeking Senior Business Analysts with experience in one or more of the following areas:
1. Process Mapping / Visio-Focused Business Analyst
Strong experience creating as-is and to-be process flows, flow charts, and business process documentation
Comfortable producing detailed process maps and analysis artefacts to support change and remediation initiatives
Experience using Visio or equivalent tools for process modelling
Strong documentation and stakeholder engagement skills
2. Technical / ServiceNow Change Business Analyst
Experience supporting technology-enabled change initiatives
Exposure to ITSM / ServiceNow-related change, service introduction, and deployment activities
Understanding of IT delivery processes, governance, and change control
Involvement in testing, implementation, and production readiness
3. Senior Business Analyst – Banking Change & Delivery
Strong background in requirements elicitation, documentation, governance, and RAID management
Experience working across service delivery, service transition, and project workstreams
Ability to lead workshops, manage stakeholders, and deliver independently
Core Responsibilities (across all roles)
Deliver end-to-end Business Analysis across banking change initiatives
Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements and solution approaches
Create and maintain as-is and to-be process documentation and analysis artefacts
Facilitate stakeholder discussions and workshops independently
Prepare and maintain governance documentation, RAID logs, and status reporting
Support testing, implementation, and transition into service, where applicable
Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating appropriately
Required Experience & Skills
Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within banking or financial services
Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in regulated and structured delivery environments
Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery models
