Executive Culinary Director
We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Executive Culinary Director to spearhead our culinary team's efforts in delivering exceptional dining experiences in a dynamic gastro pub setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the culinary team, overseeing daily operations to ensure consistency and high standards of quality, consistency, and profitability.
* Develop and refine menus, ensuring dishes meet our stringent culinary standards.
* Manage inventory and track stock levels to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.

Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years experience as a Head Chef or equivalent position in a similar gastro pub or restaurant environment.
* A proven track record of menu development, inventory management, and team leadership.
* Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and regulations.
