Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Proposal Specialist to lead our business development pursuits. This role requires a unique blend of creativity, analytical skills, and sales expertise to drive successful proposal management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate end-to-end bid management processes with minimal supervision, including reviewing bid invitations, conducting bid/no-bid analysis, and establishing timelines.
* Demonstrate a deep understanding of customer requirements to deliver winning proposals through effective management.
* Craft compelling bid content, including executive summaries, value propositions, and strategic pricing recommendations that highlight our competitive advantages.
* Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration among internal stakeholders, ensuring comprehensive responses to all bid components.
Requirements:
* At least 10 years of experience in bid management, deal management, procurement, pricing strategy, or financial consulting.
* Experience working in fast-paced, scalable environments with high agency.
* Proven track record of managing bids for complex projects.
* Strong understanding of the bid lifecycle, proposal writing, and project management skills.
* Excellent communication skills and executive presence to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Familiarity with payment domain and ability to communicate the vision for unique use cases.
* Understanding of pricing strategies within the bid development space.
* Bachelor's degree or higher.
* PgMP or PMP certification.
