Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in Tullamore, County Offaly. The successful candidate will be employed as an agency employee and will work 35 hours per week.
Main Responsibilities:
* Promote a customer-focused environment by monitoring the efficiency of the service provided by the team and reporting any deficiencies to the supervisor.
* Treat service users with dignity and respect, acting on feedback from them and reporting it to the supervisor.
* Implement agreed changes to the administration of the service, encouraging and supporting staff through change processes.
* Maintain knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, guidelines, and practices to perform the role effectively.
* Sustain consistent adherence to procedures within the area of responsibility.
* Support sustainable energy, water, and waste initiatives to create a more sustainable health service.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience working in an office, HR, or project support environment.
* An excellent working knowledge of the full Microsoft Office suite and report writing.
* Good problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
* Evidence of production of quality deliverables.
* Understanding of the Irish Healthcare system.
