Job Title: Branch Management Executive
The successful candidate will lead and direct a sales office team to achieve performance objectives across revenue growth, policy expansion, staff engagement, customer service excellence, and compliance standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Drive branch profitability and growth through local market presence and community outreach initiatives.
* Optimise resource utilisation across footfall, inbound/outbound telephony, and operational activities.
* Foster customer-centric convenience by streamlining processes and promoting self-service options, while maintaining a personal approach.
* Maintain high-performing retail teams by managing staff performance in line with HR policies.
Key Requirements:
* MCC qualification in Personal and Commercial General Insurance
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within financial services, with proven management skills
* Clean driving licence
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Strong understanding of performance management and operational efficiency
