Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to manage and maintain our Microsoft 365 environment, including Intune and conditional access.
* Administer and manage the Microsoft 365 environment, including Intune and conditional access.
* Provide support for Windows Server infrastructure, including Remote Desktop Services.
* Maintain and configure Active Directory, including Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
* Implement and maintain firewall configurations, including rule sets and VLANs.
You will work closely with team members and clients to deliver efficient and effective IT solutions. Participate in client onboarding, system upgrades, and project implementation. Document system configurations, changes, and support cases accurately.
