Business Operations Coordinator
The Business Support and Sales Coordinator is responsible for ensuring seamless operational and administrative processes, while coordinating sales activities to deliver exceptional client engagement.
* Process orders through various channels and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
* Provide high-quality customer service by addressing queries promptly and going above expectations.
* Generate quotations, offer product advice, and create invoices as needed. Manage outstanding payments efficiently.
Beyond order processing, this role entails:
* Liaising with suppliers to guarantee timely product delivery
* Maintaining XERO entries accurately
The ideal candidate will possess a customer-centric mindset, demonstrate excellent organizational skills, be friendly yet professional in their interactions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office along with XERO experience are highly desirable.
