* Demonstrated 'land and expand' expertise, with 10+ years' experience at Account Director level and a strong understanding of market trends.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies effectively.
* Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a proven track record of motivating and inspiring teams to achieve exceptional results.
* Ability to analyze data and market trends, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
