The purpose of the post is to support the effective operational and financial management of hospital services, with a particular focus on the Scheduled Care function. The post holder will work closely with the Business Manager, Hospital Management Team and clinical directorates to support the delivery of Scheduled Care services in line with national best practice, contributing to improvements in waiting times through waiting list transformation, performance management and service standardisation. The role will provide analytical, administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient delivery of safe, high-quality patient care in line with organisational and national objectives.
