About the Role


This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced VAT professional to join our team as a VAT Assistant Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to Directors and Partners on tax advisory matters, as well as liaising with clients and advising on relevant VAT issues.



Key Responsibilities



1. Working with partners and directors to develop and grow the firm's indirect tax service offering;

2. Using VAT legislation and relevant case law to advise on indirect tax structuring and advisory projects;

3. Dealing with the Grant Thornton international network on queries arising to the Irish firm;

4. Delegating work to and managing junior team members;
