With over 55 professionals in-house and a strong commitment to BIM as a core delivery method, this is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and technically minded BIM Manager to lead and shape the practice's digital design strategy.
The Role As BIM Manager, you will lead the development, coordination, and implementation of BIM strategies across all projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation of BIM Level 2 procedures in line with PAS 1192-2:2013, PAS 1192-3:2014, COBie standards, BIM Protocols, Employer's Information Requirements (EIR), BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and Master Information Delivery Plans (MIDP).
Provide structured training (individual and group) in BIM processes and Autodesk Revit to staff at all levels.
Develop and enforce best practices for Revit and other BIM-related software tools.
Deliver CPD sessions focused on BIM documentation, workflows, and standards.
Oversee the application of Revit on live projects, ensuring standards and consistency.
Develop and maintain BIM documentation, including user manuals, standards, and templates.
Perform quality control checks on Revit models and ensure BIM protocols are followed across all projects.
Conduct clash detection using Revit and Navisworks.
Review and assist in the creation of project-specific BIM documentation (EIR, scope of services, DRM, etc.
).
Continuously improve and maintain Revit templates and family libraries.
Coordinate with internal design teams and external subcontractors to develop and align on BIM strategies.
Liaise with BIM software vendors and IT support to ensure system stability and efficiency.
Stay up to date on industry developments, including the UK BIM strategy and RIAI BIM implementation guidance.
Attend BIM workshops, seminars, and conferences, sharing key takeaways with relevant teams.
Provide hands-on support to project teams during key phases, like modelling or troubleshooting.
Qualifications Level 7 FETAC Qualification (or higher) in Architecture, Engineering, or related discipline.
Proven experience managing BIM systems in an architectural environment.
Strong knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, and BIM workflows.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to train, mentor, and support staff at varying levels of BIM proficiency.
Highly organised, with an analytical mindset and attention to detail.
