Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated
Solutions Consultant
to support product deployments, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to solution delivery for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. In this role, you will work within the scope of user and client projects, managing tasks with growing independence while building foundational knowledge of product integration, systems, and best practices.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 3–5 years of client-facing technical support or customer success experience who is passionate about problem-solving, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement in technical solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute well-defined tasks within the scope of larger projects, ensuring time is managed effectively and work plans are followed.
* Troubleshoot low-complexity technical issues by applying established protocols; escalate complex problems as needed.
* Identify recurring solution issues across users, partners, or clients, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering) to address root causes under guidance.
* Contribute to the development of new workflows, processes, and tools that improve solution delivery and operational efficiency.
* Support senior team members in coaching internal and external teams on new systems, industry best practices, and the client/partner ecosystem.
* Collaborate with manager-level stakeholders to identify and implement optimal solutions with direct guidance.
* Address escalations and provide insights to enhance the client experience and ensure service excellence.
Required Qualifications
* 3–5 years
of experience in a client-facing technical support, solutions consulting, or customer success role.
* Hands-on experience in
troubleshooting technical issues
and supporting system implementations.
* Familiarity with
web technologies
such as
SQL, HTML
, or similar.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a customer-first mindset.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
English
.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional environments.

* Experience supporting or implementing
