Project Cost Estimator
We are seeking a skilled Project Cost Estimator to join our team. In this exciting role, you will work on high-profile projects across Ireland, collaborating with Commercial, Contracts, and Project Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver detailed estimates for labour, materials, plant, and subcontractor packages.
* Analyse tender documentation, drawings, and specifications to prepare accurate costings.
* Compile and deliver tender submissions within deadlines.
You will assess project risks and opportunities to support decision-making, source quotations from suppliers, build relationships to ensure competitive pricing, and contribute to value engineering initiatives.
Requirements:
* Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related discipline.
* Minimum of 5 years experience in estimating within the construction industry.
