The hotel also offers guests a number of on‑site activities such as our health club with leisure pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and steam rooms, 5 km walking track and cinema.
We are currently looking to hire a Night Porter to join our existing Front Office team.
Responsibilities
* Assist with efficient check‑in / check‑out of guests
* Run night audits as required
* Complete start / end of shift reports
* Maintain lobby presence at all times
* Assist guests with any requests
* Ensure building is fully secure
* Carry out fire walks in accordance with night operation and guest safety
* Control the switchboard
* Carry out wake‑up calls when required
* Organise taxi / drive hotel vehicle for transporting guests
* Carry out any other reasonable tasks as requested by management
Requirements
* Previous experience in a hotel environment
* Fluency in written and spoken English
* Flexible working hours and eligibility to work night shifts
* Full clean driving licence
* Strong IT skills
