We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing financial processes, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports, and making strategic recommendations to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts for review by senior management.
">
* Carry out bookkeeping work, enter accounts data, and perform reconciliations using Sage 50.
">
* Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR): create invoices, follow up on payments, pay suppliers, and maintain credit control.
">
* Prepare and submit returns and other statutory filings through ROS.
">
* Prepare sales and gross profit reports to support business decisions.
">
* Monitor cash flow and prepare budgets and forecasts.
">
* Liaise with the payroll provider: provide all payroll information, ensure employees are paid correctly and on time.
">
* Keep track of all payroll and financial compliance and reporting requirements.
">
* Look for ways to improve finance processes, reduce costs, and optimize business efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience:
">
">
* Qualified Accountant or equivalent finance qualification.
">
* Minimum of 5 years relevant accounting/finance experience.
">
* Extensive and strong experience using Sage 50, including advanced knowledge of key functions and reporting features.

* Proficiency with ROS.
">
* Experience managing payroll, bookkeeping administration, AP, and AR.
