We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to oversee the delivery of a large-scale residential development in Tallaght.
This 500-unit mixed-use development consists of five blocks with underground parking and surrounding facilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
* Previous management experience with a construction contractor is essential.
* A background in carpentry or a related trade is advantageous but not required.
* Experience working on large-scale projects is crucial due to the size of contracts involved.
* Prior management experience on site of subcontractors for internal or finishing works is necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee project delivery from start to finish.
* Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and contractors.
* Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.
