We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results-driven
Digital Marketer
to join our fully remote team in
Ireland
. In this role, you will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, PPC, SEO, display, retargeting, etc.)
* Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, and other platforms
* Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and on-page/off-page optimization to improve organic search performance
* Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs using analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.)
* Collaborate with Product, Content, and Design teams to create engaging marketing assets
* Implement marketing automation workflows, lead nurturing, and CRM integration
* Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
* Support A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and audience segmentation strategies
Requirements
* 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing
* Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, and analytics
* Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, SEMrush, Canva, etc.)
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a remote environment
* Must be based in
Ireland
with full working rights
Nice to Have
* Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or tech marketing
* Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo)
* Experience with content marketing, video marketing, or influencer marketing
* Basic graphic design or video editing skills
* Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns
