About the Role:
The successful candidate will provide technical support for our ICT infrastructure environment, including networks, servers, desktops and laptops. This is a fixed term position of two years.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support for the ICT infrastructure environment including networks, servers, desktops and laptops.
* Handle and manage support tickets on the ICT service desk.
* Escalate complex or unresolved incidents within the team or with external contractors/service providers.
* Assist with first-level support of the organisation's WAN and LAN infrastructure.
