Summary:
LMC FM is seeking an experienced
Electrical
Contracts Manager

Responsibilities:
* As part of this role, you will be expected to manage and develop improvements of sub-contractors and staff under the following criteria:
* Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance / KPI's
* Health & Safety
* Adherence to all relevant legislation
* Adherence to Budget
* Liaise with the technical support team to ensure compliance with both regulations and customer requirements
* Support the administration and invoicing for the client, as required
* Liaise with the Services' Manager and Operations Team to ensure Day to Day Operations run smoothly
* Deliver all LMC site services within budget.
* Support the Operations Team in organising and coordinating all resources to ensure successful completion / implementation of services
* Report to the client on contract progress and ensure client satisfaction utilising the agreed KPI's
* Establish and develop opportunities to diversify or increase contractual services to the client
* Work with Senior Leadership to prepare costings in response to client requests for quotations
* Attend Bi-weekly meetings
* Liaise with Health and Safety manager to ensure that all QHSE requirements for the contract are satisfied
Experience:
* Qualified electrician
* Previous experience in a Contracts Management role within the Facilities Management Industry
* Proven experience with contracting principles and practices, and general/ industry specific regulatory and compliance requirements
