About the Role
This is a temporary position within one of Ireland's public sector regulatory bodies. The role involves managing a caseload of fitness to practise complaints matters, conducting initial processing and consideration of statutory complaints, and dealing with other litigation against the regulatory body.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Managing a caseload of fitness to practise complaints matters Conducting initial processing and consideration of statutory complaints Dealing with other litigation against the regulatory body, to include JR proceedings Review and analysis of evidence and the provision of legal advice relating to the same.Attendance in prosecution cases in District Court.Analysis draft legislation assistance drafting Statutory Instruments Advise administrative law.Occasional commercial contracts management access information requests.Your Profile To succeed this role you should have:
