Location:Dublin (3 days on-site per week)Contract:11 monthsTravel:Occasional EMEA travel (quarterly) About the RoleYou'll work closely with a Program Manager to support organisation-wide initiatives, manage complex operational workflows, and coordinate multiple workstreams. This is a high-visibility position where strong communication, proactive ownership, and stakeholder engagement are essential. Key Responsibilities• Coordinate project planning, execution, timelines, and deliverables• Maintain documentation: project plans, risk logs, status updates• Lead cross-functional meeting support: agendas, notes, action tracking• Manage project calendars, schedules, and resource allocations• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership• Support process improvements and operational efficiencies• Liaise with vendors, manage escalations, and support compliance needs• Assist with logistics for meetings, workshops, and operational events Requirements•7–10 years'experience in project management or programme coordination• Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders and global teams• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills• Proficiency with project management tools and Google Workspace• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume operational environments Nice to Have• Experience supporting Programme Managers or senior leaders• Background in tech, operations, or vendor-facing roles• Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, etc.)• Experience using AI to improve reporting or project delivery• Familiarity with large-scale, multinational workflows
