Job Description
This Trainee Recruitment Consultant role will suit someone with customer-facing experience from retail, hospitality, call centre or sales backgrounds. It may also be an exciting opportunity for those with previous recruitment experience or a strong B2B sales background seeking a step into a consultancy role.

Your Future Responsibilities
* Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from developing client relationships to placing top-tier candidates.
* Source, engage, and interview candidates using multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal systems.
* Provide expert consultative support to clients around market trends, hiring strategies, and talent attraction.
* Write and manage job advertisements to attract high-quality candidates.
* Maintain a strong pipeline of talent and continually build new client relationships.
* Meet and exceed performance targets across placements, revenue generation, and client acquisition.
* Collaborate closely with colleagues to share insights and foster a high-performance team culture.
Your Requirements
* A proven track record of achievement, whether academic, sporting, or professional.
* Previous experience in sales or within a target-driven commercial environment is preferred.
* Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively.
* Highly organised, with strong time management and multitasking skills.
* Motivated by results and resilient when working under pressure.
* A clear interest in building a long-term career in recruitment.
* Confident using Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
