Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients with various medical conditions.
* Develop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans.
* Provide expert dietary advice and counseling to patients and their families.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
* Educate and train healthcare staff on nutritional practices and guidelines.
* Maintain up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field.
* Registration with CORU as a Dietitian.
* Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a Dietitian.
* Full driving license and access to own car is desirable.
* Resident in Ireland and legal right to work in Ireland without restriction.
* All candidates will be required to undergo Garda Vetting.
* International Police Clearance (if lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 months after the age of 16).
