We have an opportunity for an experienced Accommodation Assistant to join the team at Dublin's only street art hotel, The Hendrick Smithfield, Dublin 7. This position is available part time with a minimum of 8 hours per week and maximum of 39 hours dependent on eligibility and business needs.
We're seeking friendly and trustworthy team players with good communication skills, a willingness to work in a cleaning environment, and with an excellent attendance record. You will help to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and cleanliness, whilst operating within the hotel brand guidelines, ensuring our unique Hendrick experience for every guest, every time.
A Brief Description Of Your Main Duties Will Include
* Working a range of flexible shifts both midweek and weekend.
* Ensuring our guest needs are met and expectations exceeded.
* Delivering a high level of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the hotel bedrooms and public areas at all times
* Cleaning and preparing guest bedrooms as per the hotel procedure.
* Handling lost property according to the hotel procedure.
* Maintaining your work area and storerooms in a neat and organised manner.
* Ensuring guestroom security and overall hotel security.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a hotel accommodation setting, and the correct working rights are mandatory.
