Job Description
Copper Grove Investments Ltd T/A Copper Grove at Kilbrogan Hill, Bandon, Co. Cork is looking for a Chef de parties. Minimum 2 years experience is required. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and produce high quality food. Other duties include assisting the head chef to develop new menus, monitoring food and waste control and being responsible to train junior chefs.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years experience in a kitchen environment
* Strong leadership and team training skills
* Ability to develop menus and manage food waste
Compensation
Salary €34,000/annum on 39 hours/week.
