Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain all project documents, including drawings, contracts, permits, and correspondence.
* Ensure accurate version control and timely document distribution to relevant stakeholders.
* Provide administrative support to the site team, encompassing correspondence, filing, and reporting.
Maintain adherence to internal procedures, quality standards, and statutory requirements. Assist with safety documentation, inductions, and toolbox talks as necessary.
Requirements:
* At least 35 years of experience in document control or site administration within construction, utilities, or energy projects.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and experience with document management systems.
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic project environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Experience supporting health, safety, quality, and environmental documentation is advantageous.
