The duration of this post is12 monthsinitially with possible extensions thereafter. This role willHybrid Working,the successfully candidate must be available to attend onsite meetings as required.Working35 hours per week,the successful candidate will be employed as an agency employee and will be paid an hourly rate of€31.39 per hourbased on anannualised salary of €57,325.You willaccrue 30 days annual leaveper year and paid Bank Holidays.Role & ResponsibilitiesTesting Process ResponsibilitiesExecute testing as per testing plan and testing sessionsContribute to the test deliverablesContribute to the development of testing documentationContributing to the UAT process across the relevant stakeholder departmentsContribute to the sign-off process of testing with relevant stakeholders and testing resourcesEnsure the sustainable testing model agreed is adhered to, in order to deliver ongoing testingAdhere to the quality control and governance process of the testing program, which will require an understanding of each of the configuration and testing environmentsTechnical Responsibilities:Participate in the design and implementation of comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure the quality of healthcare software and systemsContribute to the creation of well-structured and functional test cases covering various testing types such as functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance.Participate in the execution of test cases and analysing the results to identify and resolve defectsStrong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and assist in resolving testing challengesCollaborating with vendors, developers, project management, Community Care Programme Lead Tester, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and identify testing needsSkills & Experience:Experience of ICT solution testing preferably in a healthcare environmentKnowledge and experience in the delivery and management of ICT enabled change projects ensuring the requirements are metExperience of working collaboratively with stakeholders and partners.Experience working in a fast-paced environmentExperience of involvement in project planning, report development, RAID and RACI management along with other project management tools.Experience of engaging with a wide range of stakeholders must be clearly demonstrated in the submission.Clinical experience or experience working within clinical teams would be an advantage.Experience in the development and execution of test scripts in a healthcare environment would be an advantageBusiness Competencies:Excellent oral and written communication skills including the ability to present information in a confident and logical manner.Demonstrate experience in working collaboratively with stakeholders and partners to ensure that the impact of projects are maximised.An ability to quickly build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders.Good ICT, administration, presentation and report writing skills.Demonstrates and ability to support the development and delivery of a project plan.Ability to work with the other project or programme units to ensure that projects are delivered in a cohesive and planned manner.Demonstrate ability to support the implementation and management of change and business process re-organisation skills.Displays a commitment to achieving quality results including experience in evaluating the provision of services.Demonstrates an ability to perform various business analysis activities as deemed necessary for the project.Demonstrates good problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills.Self-starter with a demonstrable willingness to take on responsibility.*This position may be subject to Garda Vetting and Foreign Police Clearance, if applicable you will be required to obtain these prior to commencing in this role*Unijobs is an equal opportunities employer
