A leading corporate organisation in Dublin City Centre is seeking a
Marketing & Client Development Manager
to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a strategic role with a strong focus on relationship-building through high-quality events, as well as broader marketing and business development activity. The role also involves team management and collaboration across senior internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver high-impact client-facing events to support business development goals
* Identify and target key prospects through market and industry research
* Develop tailored marketing and business development plans for key sectors and services
* Oversee the preparation of pitches, proposals, and client-facing materials
* Collaborate with senior leadership and client teams to drive growth activity
* Manage and mentor junior team members
* Ensure alignment between marketing, events, and overall client strategy
Candidate Profile:
* Minimum of 5+ years proven experience in a marketing or business development role, ideally within a corporate or professional services environment
* Experience managing and mentoring team members
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills and confident working with senior leadership
* Demonstrated experience with event-led BD strategies
* Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills
* Comfortable using CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and working with data
