Duty Manager – Limerick Our client, an Irish retail leader, is seeking a proactive and driven Duty Manager to join their Store in Limerick.

As Duty Manager, you will support the Store Manager in ensuring the store runs smoothly day to day.
You will oversee floor operations, drive sales performance, lead department teams and coach colleagues to deliver excellent customer service.
Responsibilities of this Duty Manager includes: Achieve and exceed sales targets to drive store performance.
Ensure shelves are fully stocked and products are presented to a high standard.
Coach and support the team to build product knowledge and improve customer engagement.
Resolve customer queries quickly and professionally, delivering excellent service.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, merchandising and store layout.
Support smooth daily operations through effective rostering, task allocation, training and performance management.
Skills and Experience Required: Experience managing in a busy, high-volume retail environment.
Strong leadership and day-to-day operational skills.
Well organised with good time management in fast-paced settings.
Good communicator who builds strong relationships.
