Job Title: Finance / Administration Assistant

Required for Westdoc Head Office, located in a modern business park setting.

This is a full-time position with a standard working week of 35 hours.

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to support our finance and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

* To provide administrative assistance to the finance team.
* To maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
* To process invoices and payments efficiently.
* To ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

* Degree in Finance or related field.
* Minimum of 2 years experience in finance administration.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work accurately under pressure.
