Job Description:

Role Overview:
* Ensure the accuracy of structures throughout the build process
* Work closely with site teams to deliver projects in line with design specifications and industry standards
Key Responsibilities:
* Strict adherence to health and safety protocols on site
* Perform setting out, levelling, and surveying using Total Stations and GPS equipment
* Interpret technical drawings and verify site measurements
* Manage survey data and maintain accurate records
* Provide regular progress updates to site management and clients
* Use AutoCAD to verify on-site dimensions
* Take levels for various structural elements, including steel frames, concrete finishes, drainage, and roadways
* Liaise with subcontractors and site managers to ensure smooth operations
Candidate Requirements:
* Degree or Diploma in Civil, Structural Engineering, or Construction Management
* Valid Safe Pass
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar setting out role
* Strong proficiency in Topcon equipment and AutoCAD
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Solid understanding of building regulations and certification standards
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
