This role is responsible for driving the development and implementation of proactive communications strategies aligned with commercial business objectives.
The ideal candidate has broad communications experience with strong writing and editorial skills across traditional and social media, and the ability to discern complex subjects, interact with senior leaders, and prioritize multiple projects.
* Develops and implements communications toolkits for in-country implementation to align with strategic priorities.
* Creates compelling measurable content for internal and external audiences, including press releases, presentations, newsletters, and digital assets.
* Serves as a communications counselor and representative to the Commercial Center of Excellence.
The successful candidate will possess a combination of strategic thinking, project management, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience working in a Corporate Communications setting with teams across geographies and cultures.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Animal health (petcare or animal agriculture) or pharmaceutical experience.
* Demonstrated skills in developing, managing, and delivering internal and external brand communication strategies.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
About This Role:
This is a full-time position based in International Headquarters in Dublin, Ireland, with flexible working policy. Given the demands of the role, hours may require some flexibility to meet work demands in line with local rules and regulations.
