What we are looking for We're seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Operations Executive to join our team in Ireland.
In this role, you'll support the planning and delivery of marketing activity across Sports and Casino in Ireland, work with external partners, get close to customer data, and develop a commercial understanding of what drives performance in a regulated betting market.
What you will work on Support the planning and coordination of marketing campaigns across all channels - helping to keep activity aligned, on-brand and delivered on time across CRM, paid, affiliates and onsite Liaise with third-party partners including social media agencies, content sites and digital partners - supporting briefs, chasing output, and sense-checking that marketing materials meet brand and regulatory standards Track and report on promotional performance - pulling together weekly and monthly summaries on campaign uptake, cost and ROI for the wider team Support retention activity across Sports Casino - contributing to welcome journeys, reactivation campaigns and ongoing lifecycle improvements as you develop your understanding of the customer base Assist with VIP and high-value customer engagement, including coordinating hospitality events and attending where required Prepare weekly and monthly summaries on promo performance, key issues, and insights Support enhancements to marketing tools, dashboards, and reporting framework Keep the operation running smoothly - managing campaign trackers, documentation, and internal processes so nothing falls through the cracks What you Bring 1+ years of experience in a marketing, CRM, or commercial role Strong analytical skills with the ability to review data, spot issues, and explain performance clearly Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities Comfort working with Excel / Google Sheets Professional level English Proven track record of customer revenue analysis and reporting Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage customers professionally and empathetically Ability to work in a self-contained / independent environment, with strong decision making skills Confidence communicating directly with customers, including high-value or VIP segments What we offer We truly value our people at Novibet !
