 
        
        Key Responsibilities
 * Take responsibility for designing and managing the organization's financial planning cycle, including the preparation of the yearly budget and the rolling monthly forecasts.
 * Gather, validate, and integrate contributions from commercial, operational, and finance teams to improve forecast reliability.
 * Critically assess existing forecasting and financial models, rebuilding or enhancing them to better serve the business.
 * Partner with senior leadership to optimize the use of automation, ensuring greater efficiency across standard finance processes.
 * Generate forward-looking income statements by analyzing historical patterns alongside emerging business trends.
 * Consolidate information drawn from multiple internal platforms, refine raw data, and deliver clear, metric-based performance insights to decision-makers.
 * Build a detailed knowledge of the forecasting principles and inputs underpinning business plans, rigorously testing their validity and recommending alternatives where necessary.
 * Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to provide thorough monthly performance reviews, including:
 * Analysis of profitability by location.
 * Practical recommendations to improve margins across the business.
 * Act as the key liaison for group-level reporting, ensuring corporate headquarters receive accurate and timely submissions.
 * Work closely with senior finance leaders to review and interpret central reporting outputs on a monthly basis.
 * Direct and coordinate initiatives to fairly allocate costs across business units.
 * Deliver tailored financial analysis and data insights on request to support strategic and operational decision-making.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Education & Credentials
 * Professionally qualified accountant, holding membership with a recognized institute (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
Skills & Expertise
 * Advanced ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets.
 * Proven proficiency in QlikView with expert-level capability.
 * High-level competence in financial modelling using Excel.
 * Confident communicator with strong presentation delivery skills.
 * Sound understanding of commercial drivers and business performance.
Professional Background
 * Minimum of three years' experience in a post-qualification role within an industry setting.
 * Sector-specific exposure is advantageous but not mandatory.
