The Role:
We are looking for part time housekeeping assistants to join our team at Wildlands Galway.
This part time role is a great opportunity for a part time role with school friendly hours in a busy and exciting adventure, food & beverage and hospitality park setting.
Report to:
Accommodation Manager/Accommodation Team Leader.
Start Date:
October ****.
What we are looking for:
? Ensure delivery of clean and well-maintained guest accommodation for every arrival, on time and to the agreed standards
? Reporting of any maintenance issues or other issues that may affect a guest stay to allow remedial action
? Adhere to all company policies especially in relation to SOPs and Risk Assessments and other safety parameters and ensure that all instructors do like wise
? To act in accordance with the Lost Property Policy and Key Handling Policy in relation to guest accommodation
? Liaise with staff and management, discuss concerns, and work with your team to ensure the most efficient service and pleasant workplace environment
? Protect the environment and educate by example and promotion of environmentally friendly practices
? Contribute positively to the public profile of the company in your presentation, (wear uniform), friendly approachable demeanor, and punctuality.
About You:
? Some experience in a similar role is an advantage.
? Good communication skills.
? Strong work ethic.
