As part of our growth, we are opening a new, high‑quality cafe with a drive‑thru inside an integrated health and wellness complex featuring a health centre, pharmacy, and doctor’s office.
Role Overview
An energetic and friendly Barista / Cafe All‑Rounder passionate about speciality coffee and delivering genuinely exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
* Speciality Coffee Mastery: Prepare and serve all espresso‑based drinks, filter coffee, and specialty beverages to high standards.
* Customer Service Excellence: Take orders accurately, handle payments, and resolve customer queries with a positive attitude.
* All‑Rounder Duties: Support food preparation (sandwiches, light meals), serve, clear tables, and maintain appealing display units.
* Drive‑Thru Efficiency: Ensure speed and accuracy for drive‑thru orders during peak times.
* Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness of coffee station, service areas, and seating, adhering to food safety protocols.
* Product Knowledge: Develop expert knowledge of all menu items to confidently make recommendations.
Qualifications
* Proven barista experience with high‑quality equipment and specialty coffee preparation.
* Customer‑focused with a genuine enthusiasm for excellent service.
* Speed & Efficiency: Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
* Reliability: Excellent time management and flexibility, including early mornings.
* Team Player: Positive, collaborative approach, willing to help the team.
