We are currently seeking skilled Quality Assurance Surveyor to join a well-established renewable energy company in a full-time, permanent position. This role will be mostly based in Cork & Munster region. This position offers long-term career potential in a dynamic and rapidly growing sector focused on sustainability. You will carry out a variety of quality inspections on completed Home Energy Upgrade projects for the client.
Role Responsibilities:
* Perform quality assurance surveys on residential properties in line with SEAI standards.
* Compile comprehensive inspection reports and identify snag items.
* Provide guidance to clients and contractors on SEAI compliance and requirements.
* Maintain clear and professional communication with contractors, clients, and internal teams.
* Assess workmanship quality and offer feedback to support ongoing improvements.
* Keep current with SEAI regulations and relay relevant updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Education And Experience
* At least 2 years of experience in surveying, construction inspections, or a related field.
* Solid understanding of SEAI grant programs and relevant energy upgrade measures, including wall and attic insulation, heat pumps, solar PV, windows, doors, floor insulation, and mechanical ventilation.
* Strong skills in report writing and and communication.
* Full, clean driving license required.
