We're a small, happy, close-knit strength training studio and we're looking for the right person to join our team.

This role is ideal for a coach with a strong interest in pre & postnatal fitness and supporting women around menopause, as this is the core of our demographic.

About the Role
As Head Trainer, you'll lead the coaching experience and support the day-to-day running of the gym.
This is a hands-on senior role for someone who:
* Loves coaching and connecting with people
* Has high standards for technique, movement quality, and progressive strength training
* Thrives in a team environment, training in and running coaching, movement workshops
* Takes initiative and takes pride in a well-run space
Your week will involve a mix of:
Small group PT
Some 1–1 PT
Daily operations & admin
Member onboarding and assessments
Supporting the owner with processes and studio flow
Coaching & Programming
* Deliver high-quality, strength-based small group sessions
* Apply strong knowledge of biomechanics and movement coaching
* Support member development with structured progressions
* Lead assessments, onboarding, and member check-ins
Team Culture & Leadership
* Be a positive, reliable, energised role model
* Support junior coaches
* Contribute to a team-first, friendly atmosphere
Operations
* Assist with daily running of the gym
* Keep the facility clean, organised, and safe
* Help with communication, community engagement, and occasional content
Who You Are
* 3–5+ years on-the-floor coaching experience (SGPT or strength-focused preferred)
* A morning person with consistently positive energy
* A team player who genuinely enjoys collaborating
* Great with people - empathetic, warm, and communicative
* Technically strong in strength training, lifting technique, and coaching real humans
* Organised and proactive, takes ownership
* Self-led in training and understands progressive programming
* Has a car and lives near Dublin 24 / M50
* Reliable and consistent low-mood or low-energy coaching won't suit this environment
