Executive Leadership Opportunity
As a seasoned professional, we invite you to lead our operations and drive team performance. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily business activities, managing staff, inventory, and marketing initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations, bar service, opening/closing procedures, and event planning
* Hire, train, mentor, and lead servers, bartenders, hosts, and runners
* Oversee staff scheduling, payroll, and labor cost control measures
* Administer inventory management for food, liquor, and supplies
* Negotiate with vendors and manage contracts
* Develop and implement marketing strategies, promotions, and community engagement plans
* Evaluate and maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Executive Leader or similar role
* Proficiency in English language skills
