About Us:We are currently inviting applications for the position of Marketing Executive to join the Moran Group Marketing Team. Family-owned and operated, the Moran Group owns and manages a portfolio of high quality hospitality properties.The candidate will assist in the implementation of the group's marketing plan for its multiple hospitality properties. They will be required to work closely with departments across a number of properties to increase product awareness and create demand for multiple revenue channels, by undertaking the necessary marketing activities.You must be passionate and creative with a strong background of working with copy and social channels.Excel in producing innovative and engaging content for multimedia platforms to ensure a holistic marketing strategy.Ideally, have experience working in the hospitality sector but not essential.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesWebsite Management:Create and upload content, update offers, and regularly audit website performance.Social Media Support:Capture on-brand photo and video contentDevelop monthly content calendarsPlan, schedule, and publish posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)Create and manage paid social adsCreative Production:Assist in developing presentation decks, menus, POS materials, and digital/print adverts.Reporting & Analytics:Prepare weekly and monthly digital performance reportsTrack and analyse marketing activity and provide recommendationsContent Creation Support:Assist in the planning, organisation, and management of photo and video shoots.Event & Campaign Management:Manage Eventbrite listings and ticketingSupport trade show planning and onsite participationEmail & Database Marketing :Create and distribute email campaignsManage database marketing communicationsEnsure all marketing -related emails and enquiries are responded to promptlyBudget & Media Support:Assist with marketing budget trackingSupport the production of print, and digital advertising materialsAssist with media planning and managementSupplier & Partner Coordination:Build and maintain strong working relationships with designers, printers, agencies, and other third-party partners.RequirementsDegree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent experience also consideredMinimum 3 years' marketing experience with strong campaign, content, and brand management skillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeSkilled in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)Experience with CMS platforms, including WordPressStrong digital marketing experience across social media, paid ads, analytics, email marketing, and content creationExcellent attention to detail and strong administrative skillsHighly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentCreative with a strong eye for design and brand consistencyWhat We OfferCompetitive salary packageComplimentary breakfast, lunch, and tea/coffee provided dailyCompany pension schemeOngoing training and development opportunities to support your growthIf you believe you are a good fit for this role and are excited by the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic hospitality group, we would love to hear from you.Please email CV & Cover Letter to
