The Role
* Provide high-quality PA support to senior fee earners across multiple legal teams, including diary management, travel coordination, and meeting organisation
* Prepare and format professional correspondence, reports and client documents, ensuring accuracy and consistency
* Oversee billing processes and expense management, ensuring deadlines and financial procedures are met
* Act as a central point of contact between legal and support teams, ensuring clear communication and smooth operations
* Lead and coordinate support teams, including workflow allocation, monitoring capacity and ensuring balanced workloads
* Provide coaching, mentoring and day-to-day direction to team members, helping to foster a supportive and high-performing culture
* Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and contribute to continuous improvement
* Assist with business development tasks such as preparing meeting materials, undertaking research and maintaining CRM updates
* Offer flexible support during periods of leave, high demand or when additional assistance is required
The Person
* Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Legal PA or Legal Secretary, ideally with exposure to several practice areas
* Previous experience managing workflows or leading small teams
* Strong proficiency across MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
* Confident working with billing systems, digital dictation tools and document management software
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
* Strong communicator with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels
* Professional, discreet and able to handle confidential information appropriately
* Flexible, proactive and motivated to contribute to a collaborative team environment
