About the Role:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in route planning, slot coordination, and scheduling optimization. They will be responsible for developing the multi-year Network Plan, ensuring it is optimized and taking into account feedback from Revenue Management.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Development of the multi-year Network Plan, based on forecasts of medium-long term demand, fleet and other factors.
* Management of any network evolutions in the budget year, making changes in the design of the offering based on benchmarking analysis and historical data.
* Ensure accurate slot planning and management of the airlines slot portfolio, taking into account the optimisation of the schedule and capacity opportunities across the network.
* To ensure the management of the analysis and insights needed as part of routes subject to public service obligation (PSOs).
About You:
The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in scheduling and slot management within a comparable role. They will be accustomed to working with a high energy, innovative, fast-paced organization while dealing with multiple projects at the same time. A Third level degree in aviation related field, Logistics, Economics, Business or relevant experience is required. The successful candidate will also have strong attention to detail, excellent problem solving and analytical skills, and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
