Automation Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Automation Specialist to design and integrate automated assembly systems for plastic components in injection moulding environments.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and implement automated assembly systems for plastic components.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless automation integration.
* Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for automation equipment.
* Troubleshoot and resolve automation-related issues to minimize downtime.
* Manage vendor relationships for automation equipment sourcing and FAT/SAT processes.
* Support validation activities including IQ/OQ/PQ for automated systems.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics) or equivalent experience.
* 3-5 years of experience in automation engineering within manufacturing or assembly environments.
* Hands-on experience with PLC programming, HMI interfaces, and basic robotics.
* Familiarity with vision systems and mechanical assembly automation.
* Knowledge of injection molding processes and component assembly.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ).
