Senior Leadership Position
A dynamic opportunity has arisen for a seasoned and accomplished Senior Leader to join the executive team at a prominent 4-star hotel in North County Dublin.
The hotel is part of a renowned Irish-owned hospitality group, recognized for its long-standing presence in the Irish market and commitment to delivering exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of a 66-bedroom 4-star hotel, ensuring seamless execution.
* Lead a team of over 45 staff across all departments, promoting effective shift management.
* Collaborate with the Operations Director to set goals, targets, and strategic initiatives for the hotel.
* Work closely with department heads to ensure alignment with company objectives and standards.
* Maintain high guest satisfaction levels by delivering consistent service quality.
* Drive internal sales initiatives in partnership with the hotel and group sales teams.
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety protocols and property standards.
* Facilitate regular team meetings, including sales, HOD, food & beverage, and daily planning sessions.
* Monitor and manage the hotel's HACCP plan in conjunction with relevant departments.
* Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance and capabilities.
