About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team as a Financial Transaction Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.
Key Responsibilities:
* Post invoices and match them to stock
* Perform reconciliations and ensure accuracy
* Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports
* Support the finance team with ad hoc tasks and reporting
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Experience in accounts payable or general finance support
* Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and finance systems
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
