A leading Top 10 firm is seeking a Tax Director to work directly with the Head of Tax and lead a broad, high-quality portfolio.
This is a senior role with a clear, accelerated route to Partnership — ideal for someone who wants influence, progression, and a strong platform without the bureaucracy.
The Role
Manage a diverse portfolio across Irish groups, international businesses, and high-growth clients.
Lead advisory work on restructuring, transactions, international tax, and succession planning.
Mentor and develop a strong team of Managers and Senior Associates.
Drive business development and strengthen client relationships.
Work closely with the Head of Tax on strategy, growth, and practice development.
About You
8+ years' tax experience in practice.
Strong advisory track record and confidence managing senior stakeholders.
Commercial mindset with the ambition to step into Partnership.
Enjoys building relationships, leading teams, and shaping a practice.
