Budget: Up to €70k basic + double OTE on-target

Overview
Ingenio is partnering with one of the world’s fastest-growing alternative legal solutions providers, a scale-up transforming how legal work gets done through technology and managed services.
As a Commercial Account Manager, you will manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise clients, driving revenue through retention and service expansion, while building strong, long-term relationships and solving client challenges in Managed Legal Services (MLS).
Key Responsibilities
* Grow and retain enterprise client accounts, expanding services where opportunities arise.
* Partner with Legal Directors to identify client challenges and recommend solutions.
* Lead contract renewals and expansions with senior stakeholders.
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with GCs and legal operations leaders.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client objectives and maintain a clear pipeline.
Must-Haves
* Minimum of 3 years in account management, client success, or strategic roles in legal or professional services.
* Proven track record managing high-value accounts and growing revenue.
* Experienced in complex negotiations and working with senior stakeholders.
* Strong strategic thinking, commercial instincts, and ability to influence decision-makers.
* Excellent communicator and trusted advisor, skilled in cross-functional collaboration.
* Preferably from a competitor ALSP or legal tech environment.
