Our Client
Our client is a fast-growing and well-regarded advisory firm, specialising in the delivery of tax, audit, and consulting services to a wide range of domestic and international clients. With a strong foothold in the Irish mid-market and ambitious growth plans, their tax team is expanding and currently looking to appoint a Manager within the Private Clients division.

Who should apply?

* Qualified Tax Consultant (AITI/CTA) and/or ACA/ACCA
* Minimum 3–4 years' experience in a tax management role (practice or industry)
* Strong knowledge of private client tax issues and compliance
* Commercially focused with excellent client relationship skills
* Ability to mentor junior team members and support team development
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting to a Director or Partner within the tax leadership team, you will lead and manage a portfolio of private clients while also supporting the wider development of the service line.
* Client Management
– Lead a portfolio of private clients, delivering both compliance and advisory services
* Advisory Projects
– Manage a range of technical assignments across personal tax, succession, and structuring
* Cross-Border Coordination
– Collaborate with international colleagues on global client issues and planning
* Business Development
– Support growth initiatives, proposal development, and new client engagement
* Operational Oversight
– Contribute to the running of the tax department and firm-wide strategic goals
* People Development
– Coach, mentor and develop junior members of the tax team
* Research & Resolution
– Analyse technical issues and provide clear, commercial recommendations
* Client Liaison
– Act as key point of contact, ensuring timely, responsive and high-quality service delivery
