Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Estimator to join our team. As a Mechanical Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate mechanical cost estimates in a timely manner.
* You will work on tenders for projects such as Pharmaceuticals, Food & Beverage, Data Centers, Semi-Conductor, Commercial, etc across Ireland and the UK.
In this role, you will conduct in-depth reviews of tender documents, drawings specifications schedules etc., perform accurate quantity take-offs and mark up measured drawings request manage evaluate supplier and sub-contractor quotations issue tender queries RFIs prepare costed bill of quantities prepare tender reports pricing schedules other tender return documents advise on potential value engineering opportunities manage data base attend meetings site visits when required adhere to tender return deadlines liaise with clients consultants contractors wider project teams
